Details You Should Know About Before Your Event

Reservation: A non-refundable deposit of $150 (cash, checks, Visa or Mastercard) is required to reserve a party with the balance due at end of party. Cash, Visa or Mastercard (no checks) are accepted for final payment. Deposits are accepted via phone with your Mastercard or Visa. Deposit includes acceptance of terms and conditions of our reservation package.

Party date changes must be made at least 10 days prior to your event. A $200 fee will be charged for cancellations done 7 days or less before event or for no-shows. If new invitations are needed, a rescheduling fee of $10 will be charged.

Every Guest: Even grandparents who enter our jungle arena, must be on a signed release of liability waiver regardless of participation level. Download Waiver.

Supervision: You, as the host, are responsible for ALL guests at your event. We recommend that you have AT LEAST 5 adults stay at your event, especially if hosting 20 kids or more. For Teen Events, we REQUIRE at least 4 adults OVER 21 to be in attendance.

Host/Guest MAY Bring: Dessert/cake (please bring candles), one platter of fruit & one platter of veggies, dip (up to 32 oz. size), dry snacks, beverages, balloons, and goodie bags. Host may also bring (optional): decorative paper goods, table cloths, cake knife/server. We do not recommend ice cream & staff will be unable to assist with this item. Ice cream cakes work great! Pizza must be purchased through Scooter’s Jungle.

Host/Guest MAY NOT Bring: Prepared &/or hot foods, salads, sandwiches, cold cuts, popcorn, confetti, piñatas, coffee makers, glass, alcoholic drinks/containers or wall decorations. $25 fee charged for popcorn/confetti. $100 fee for large messes including throwing of food. Additional handling fees may be charged.

Group Size: Maximum group size is 60 guests. A $50 penalty fee will be charged if guest count is over 60. A $125 penalty fee will be charged if guest count is over 72 (These fees are in addition to an extra per person charge of $10/child & $5/adult).

Gifts: No gift opening is allowed for parties with 2 or more gift recipients and/or over 55 guests. All gifts may not get opened with events over 22 gifts. We recommend not opening gift cards during your party event (wrapped gifts only), as we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items/gift cards.

Checking Out After the Party: Please see store for current pricing since website prices are subject to change without notice. Bad checks &/or non-valid credit card challenges = $25 processing fee. Gratuities are welcomed by our staff and will be split equally among staff members or per your request.
